Jurnii ships orders from Sydney, Australia to anywhere in Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK and other fabulous destinations around the world.

Orders will be shipped once payment has been received, and generally no later than next business day (unless otherwise advised).

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by you on ordering so please ensure delivery details are correct.

 

Shipping rates:

 

Australia:

FREE Australian shipping on orders over $100.

$10 shipping rate for Australian orders under $100.

$15 EXPRESS post option available.

Shipping rates exclude wholesale trade orders and the shipping of bulky items. We will contact you in regards to the freight cost if your order includes bulky items or trade quantities.

We use Australia Post for shipping or courier to your door where local delivery is an option for us, at that time.

FREE order pick-up collection is available in two locations in Sydney, Australia.

1. The Jurnii store in Earlwood or 2. Southern Antiques in Kogarah. Please let us know your order collection preferences when ordering including date and approximate time. We will endeavour to accommodate all reasonable requests and reserve the right to request further personal information about you, or refuse your order collection request. In the event you are no longer able to collect goods as arranged Jurnii will ship goods to you on the next business day. All orders for collection must be paid for in full via the Jurnii online store or other method as approved by us and prior to collection.

New Zealand:

FREE NZ shipping on orders over $200.

$20 shipping rate for NZ orders under $200.

Shipping rates exclude wholesale trade orders and the shipping of bulky items. We will contact you in regards to the freight cost if your order includes bulky items or trade quantities.

NZ orders will be sent with Australia Post’s International Registered Post service.  

Orders for shipping outside Australia may be subject to local taxes or customs and import duties.  We cannot advise on these matters and are not responsible for these types of fees or charges.

To comply with Australian Customs and Border Protection export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of goods to be shipped and we are prohibited to mark customs forms as “gifts” even where goods may be ordered as a gift.  We may, however, mark the order contents as “fashion accessories” rather than “jewellery” so as to discourage theft.

Candles and differers can not be shipped to New Zealand.

 

International (excluding NZ):

$25 flat rate shipping charge for orders of jewellery and small items. This shipping rate does not apply to wholesale trade orders or the shipping of bulky items. We will contact you in regards to the freight cost if your order includes bulky items or trade quantities.

For international orders we use Australia Post’s International Registered Post service.

Oops, out of stock!

We are a small and proud Australian family owned business and in addition to our online store, we attend private and community market and festival events in and around SydneyAustralia. Our jewellery collections include handcrafted one-of-a-kind or limited edition pieces and items are kept in limited quantities to ensure our collections remain fresh.

Whilst we take all care to ensure goods are available at time of order, from time to time, there may be a delay in updating our online store inventory status against what may have sold when out and about at our events.

Where goods show as “in stock” at time of order but are physically “out of stock” at time of picking, we will contact you immediately and work with you to provide the same or similar item, or refund monies paid where we can’t supply the goods ordered, or in the time you need.  Any refund of monies will be paid using the original payment method.

While it is extremely unlikely to occur, we reserve the right to cancel any order and will notify you immediately using the contact details you provide to us.  Any payment made will be refunded as soon as possible.
